the 15th floor of 1221 Brickell Avenue. The tenant was represented by Cyril Bijaoui of The
Company Real Estate and the landlord was represented by Scott Strickland of Jones Lang LaSalle.
Andbanc Wealth Management is headed by Joaquin Frances, former President and General
Manager of Banc Sabadell from 1990 to 2001. Andbanc Wealth Management LLC is a Florida
limited liability company created in January of 2010, which is ultimately fully owned by Andorra
